The Mulberry shade features a full-coverage shimmer finish with a purply pink base and subtle blue flash. Its innovative lacquer formula dries in seconds to help minimize application mistakes, while the complete system is designed to deliver salon-quality results at home. Apply it after Nail Prep and Base Coat, then finish with the Dazzle Dry Top Coat to complete the manicure. Once the top coat has been applied, the system sets in approximately five minutes.
